Pellissippi State offers four area locations, including one in Blount County. Offering classes in Blount County since 1985, the new facility located at 2731 W. Lamar Alexander Parkway, is slated to open in May 2010 and will accomodate 1,000 students.
Pellissippi State offers two-year associate's degree programs: Career Programs which prepare graduates to directly enter the workforce; and Transfer Programs, which prepare them to continue on for a four-year bachelor's degree.
